TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between KK Consultancy Services and any entity completing a booking request for participation in any event or conference organized in collaboration with University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece; the Atal Bihari Vajpayee–Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gwalior; and Apex University, Jaipur. By registering for our events, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

• • The event is jointly organized by the University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece; the Atal Bihari Vajpayee–Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gwalior; and Apex University, Jaipur. It is supported by Shree KKarni Universe College, Jaipur, and managed by KK Consultancy Services with the primary objective of providing an enhanced participation experience.
• • KK Consultancy Services reserves the right to publicly announce its business relationship with registered participants through social media and other communication channels.

• • All registrations and purchases related to conference documentation are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• • We reserve the right to modify the venue, schedule, speakers, or event program due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenditure incurred due to such modifications.
• • Any postponement or cancellation will be announced on the event website and through official notifications.
• • Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• • Any violation of the code of conduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate removal from the event.

• • Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff.
• • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of verbal, physical, or online misconduct will not be tolerated.
• • Reports of inappropriate behavior should be made to onsite staff for immediate action.
• • Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

• • We may photograph, record, and distribute images, videos, and audio recordings from the event for promotional and archival purposes.
• • Participants who do not wish to be recorded must inform us in writing prior to the event.
• • Unauthorized use of event media (images, audio, video recordings) for commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited.
• • Personal information shared during registration is kept confidential and used strictly for event-related communications.
• • By providing an email address, participants consent to receiving updates about future events. They may opt out at any time.

• • Submission of research papers does not guarantee publication.
• • Reviewers provide independent feedback based on their expertise. Any negative review is not intended as an offense but as constructive criticism.
• • Reviewer details remain confidential and are not disclosed under any circumstances.
• • Papers may take 5 to 6 months or longer for publication, depending on review timelines and publisher requirements.
• • We do not guarantee indexing or publication in any specific journal. Final indexing decisions are made by indexing services independently.

• • Visa requirements vary by country. Participants are responsible for their own visa applications and compliance with immigration laws.
• • Invitation letters for visa applications are issued only to registered and paid participants.
• • We are not responsible for any visa denials and do not offer refunds in such cases.
• • Invitation letters will not be issued for accompanying guests or unregistered participants.

• • Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety, belongings, and travel arrangements.
• • The event organizers and hosts shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, disability, property damage, theft, or loss incurred during the event.
• • KK Consultancy Services is not responsible for any claims arising from views expressed by speakers or panelists.

• • Participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece, Poland while attending the event in person.
• • The event is hosted at University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece, but the university does not endorse or take responsibility for event content or proceedings.
• • All financial transactions, services, and digital activities related to the event are managed by KK Consultancy Services, India, and are governed under Indian law.
• • The conference is purely academic and intellectual in nature; no direct or indirect business activities are conducted in Poland.

• • KK Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify, revise, add, or remove any clauses in these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• • If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect and binding on all participants, speakers, and sponsors.
