Academicians/Researchers across the globe are invited to present their original work with Publication Opportunity in the Conference Proceedings to be published in Springer Nature's Scopus/SCI indexed book series “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” (https://www.springer.com/series/15179)

Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard Springer camera-ready format. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. Please double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size paper. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.

Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. The conference only accepts full manuscripts with minimum 10 pages, and after 10 pages, extra charges 50 EURO will be applied per extra page

Authors should submit their papers online. We use Microsoft CMT system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT to log on. To avoid last minutes network problems, authors are strongly encouraged to create their Microsoft CMT submission system user accounts (if you do not already have one) and register their submission well in advance of the deadline.

Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration with a maximum length limit of 10 printed pages including all the figures, references, and appendices. Submission of paper must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication. All papers will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. The selected Research Papers of the conference will be published by Scopus indexed Conference Proceedings. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present their paper in person at the conference. All submissions are to be done electronically through CMT link.

Review Process

Initial Screening

The "NICE-TEAS 2025" Program team will be checking plagiarism of all the submitted papers for ensuring the originality of content using Turnitin/iThenticate. Hence, authors are advised in their own interest, to use a tool like Turnitin, iThenticate etc. to check the plagiarism level of their manuscripts before submission. The originality report generated by the tool may also be submitted at the time of paper submission. The paper having plagiarism above the minimum level will be dropped from next round of review process.

Three Tier Review Process

In the first round of review, the papers submitted by the authors will be assessed on the basis of their technical suitability, scope of work.

The blind review by three experts on the basis of originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance and research contribution will be taken. Final decision regarding acceptance of papers will be based upon review remarks received after the comments by at least 3 reviewers.

During the third and final round of three tier process the technical program committee will see all reviews and then decide the decision for the paper.The final decision of the papers will be by the Chairs of the Technical Program Committee considering the reviews, plagiarism and theme, shortlisted papers will be accepted for presentation in the "NICE-TEAS 2025" and publication in the proceedings.
